Job Description

* All competencies for Prototype Assembler Level 4P
* Uses schematics with manufacturing information ( MI ) for project systems and assemblies including complex mechanical and complex wiring of assignments. Demonstrates project ownership with ability to work independently and has advanced process knowledge as a skilled specialist, requiring considerable judgment and initiative to drive quality and efficiencies. Assists in the coordination of ETO production, Project prioritization and planning while collaboratively providing updates as needed. Supports the training and onboarding needs of the assembly team.

* Backup for supervisor
* Performs job tasks that are very detail oriented while focused on safety, quality and customer expectations.
* Other duties as assigned and including the following competencies:
* Maintain efficiencies of multiple project teams concurrently
* Determine priorities, delegate work assignments, and support assembly team builds.
* Identify potential roadblocks to team goals, propose solutions and resources needed, to the team, supervisor, or management.
* Demonstrates understanding and logical approach to problem-solving techniques and analysis of existing processes.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to communicate and work directly with engineering teams on complex projects.
* Ability to operate independently and productively with minimum supervision.
* Participate in team meetings, positive, professional approach to work, willingness to help, work, or train in other areas.
* Perform daily SharePoint responsibilities (PnP, MTS, MIR/OCN, etc....)
* Willingness to obtain TTT certifications (solder, tow motor, flex bar, etc..)
* Able and willing to take on responsibilities outside of the scope of current position.
* Ability to track assembly hrs and compare actual to quoted while effectively communicating performance of individuals or teams during the build process.
* Manage project Inventory Arrival dates and the adjustments made.
