We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to join their dynamic team.

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly shape legal outcomes and support critical business functions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to contribute significantly to our client's legal department. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring legal compliance, facilitating smooth legal processes, and empowering attorneys with the precise information and documentation needed to navigate complex legal landscapes. Your contributions will directly support the strategic objectives of a major enterprise, making a tangible difference in its operations and legal standing.

**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and process a wide range of legal documents, including correspondence, summonses, complaints, motions, responses, subpoenas, appeals, and pretrial agreements, under attorney supervision.

* Conduct thorough legal research and review legal journals to support ongoing cases and initiatives.

* Assist in the collection and organization of vital information, such as employment, medical, and other essential records.

* Participate in legal meetings, including client interviews, hearings, and depositions, meticulously taking notes to capture key details.

* Maintain and organize legal resources, documents, and case files, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.

* Provide guidance and support to legal professionals in preparing documents for court submissions.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent training.

* Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, ideally no more than 6 years. *Our client is only interested in earlier career candidates

* Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

* Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Fundamental knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, and the democratic political process.

* Competency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
