What You'll Do We are seeking a Director of Employee Experience & Culture to lead and evolve IronArch's people strategy while helping the organization scale thoughtfully. This role will shape how we hire, develop, support, and retain exceptional talent while ensuring our culture remains a competitive advantage as we grow. The Director of Employee Experience & Culture is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for shaping the employee experience across the organization and leading the company's talent acquisition function. Operating in a player-coach capacity, this leader will both define the vision for people programs and contribute directly to building and improving them. The Director will partner closely with executives and leaders across the business to ensure people strategies align with organizational priorities, delivery excellence, and long-term growth. This role will oversee both the Employee Experience & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions, helping ensure IronArch continues to attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
