Key Responsibilities:
* Lead efforts to drive usage and engagement of our CRM and content management tools.
* Anticipate changes in business needs and adjust strategies, training, and support accordingly.
* Deliver impactful training through team meetings, and one-on-one sessions, inbox support, and ensuring users feel confident and supported.
* Partner with Sales Process and Systems team, Sales Enablement Leads, and Marketing Coordinators to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Support the Sales Process and Systems team by focusing on the details of content, newsletters, project management documentation, training materials and testing deployments from developers

Qualifications:
* BS with Experience in evolving AI, mobile platforms, Customer Relationship Management systems, and content management systems.
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills for training others on systems.
