Job Description Like working outdoors, running equipment, and being part of a crew that gets real work done? We're looking for handson Exploration Team Members to support drilling and subsurface investigation projects. This is physical, active work where no two days are the same. You'll work as part of a small crew helping operate drilling rigs and field testing equipment used to explore soil and rock conditions for construction and infrastructure projects. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: As part of a field crew, you'll help with daytoday drilling and exploration work, including: Load, unload, and move tools, equipment, and materials Assist drillers with auger drilling, rotary drilling, and core drilling Help install monitoring wells and underground instruments Collect soil and rock samples and record field data Perform basic surveying and help locate drilling points Conduct site walkthroughs and job setup Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment Drive a mediumduty truck and trailer to and from job sites Complete simple daily paperwork and required logs Follow safety rules and participate in daily job planning You'll work outdoors, in all types of weather, and as part of a team, not alone. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within the first 30 days Willingness to perform physical labor and travel to job sites Strong work ethic and attention to safety Preferred (Not Required) Experience in construction, drilling, utilities, or field work Mechanical skills (diesel, welding, fabrication, equipment operation) Class A or B CDL The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant.
