You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. This role calls for strong customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring culture built on teamwork, integrity, and innovative, reliable service. An armed guard card and/or license is required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or suspicious conditions.
• Monitor and control access at gates, entrances, and/or loading dock areas, including checking identification, visitor authorization, and truck deliveries and/or shipments in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, assisting with scene control, and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, access control actions, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
