Your ability to coach, navigate complex reimbursement landscapes, extrapolate intricate details, and manage challenging access scenarios makes you a perfect fit for a Regional Manager, Field Reimbursement Navigators role at Syneos Health. Responsibilities The Regional Manager, Field Reimbursement Navigators (FRNs), will operate as the regional leader and subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the client's products. Lead and develop a team of FRNs to educate HCPs and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access, and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access. Analyze regional reimbursement and access trends and act as the escalation point and local resource for field sales leadership and region management. Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, State & Government Affairs, Trade, HUB, and Specialty Pharmacy Accounts while abiding by all corporate and industry policies and procedures.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $187,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
