As a Dispatch Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses, and communicate updates by radio, phone, and computer systems. You will support access control and visitor processing, help document incidents, and partner with on-site teams to help reduce security-related issues. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to client personnel, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control processes, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Dispatch and coordinate responses to alarms, calls for service, and incident reports using radio, phone, and/or computer systems; maintain clear communication with on-site personnel and local responders as directed.
• Monitor CCTV, intrusion and fire panels, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity and document events according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; gather details, notify the appropriate contacts, and complete timely reports and logs.
• Support manufacturing and industrial operations by managing badge and key control processes, tracking truck and/or trailer activity at gates or docks as assigned, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
