What We Do This role will directly support our business development efforts by:
*Expanding our pipeline of warm leads through targeted relationship-building.
*Providing market intelligence on referral trends and competitive positioning.
*Helping us proactively connect high-performing real estate brokers with our attorney agents, creating a mutual value exchange.
*Strengthening our visibility and credibility within the real estate and legal communities.

How You'll Contribute

  • Identify real estate brokers and brokerages who are operating outside of captive title relationships.
  • Track referral patternsto determine which title companies these brokers are currently working with.
  • Engage and build relationships with agents to facilitate introductionsbetween these brokers and our attorney agents, helping grow both our business and theirs.
  • Conduct one-to-one discovery conversations to understand broker and attorney business needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with escrow officers through scheduled sessions to support relationship strategy, lead discussion, and targeted follow-up.
  • Activelyattend industry events, community functions, and networking opportunitiesto build brand presence and uncover new relationship opportunities.
  • Deliver group presentations to brokers and attorneys to build credibility and expand reach.

What You'll Bring

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2- 5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Requires a valid driver's license.
