As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will assist customers and team members, document activity, and support a positive shopping experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requesting assistance from management and/or public responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor for signs of shoplifting, disorderly conduct, and/or policy violations, then document observations and notify store leadership according to post orders.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports, support access control at receiving and employee areas as assigned, and communicate clearly with supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
