As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site contacts, document observations, and respond professionally to concerns while delivering strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to associates, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts, documenting details, and assisting with coordination of response.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout distribution areas, loading docks, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, and deliveries, verifying authorization when required and directing traffic flow to support orderly site operations.
• Complete reports such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol observations, and communicate notable conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
