Printpack's Graphic Services team is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of plant Graphics Coordinator I. This position will be located in Indiana at the Printpack Bloomington facility. This role will report to the Graphic Coordination Supervisor.

This position involves coordinating prepress requirements for customer accounts and reviewing electronic artwork for print production. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Additional skills desired are a thorough knowledge of the graphics process as it relates to flexographic printing and demonstrated competence in front-end graphic software. Key Responsibilities include:
  • Support and participate in a culture of Safety and Quality according to Printpack's Core Values

  • Clearly communicate and document customer requirements

  • Serve as liaison between customers, Printpack Graphics Departments, and prepress

  • Resolve daily challenges and build long-term relationships with customers, vendors, production locations, and immediate team members *

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Maintain accurate and detailed notes and records

  • Process and coordinate graphics requests in a production schedule to meet customer needs

  • Manage the workflow of customer graphics orders with a clear and concise understanding while under tight timelines

  • Demonstrate comprehension of plant Graphic specifications and application to electronic artwork

  • Execute project-based work to successful completion

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service related experience

  • Ability to work as a team member within a group and maintain Core Values

  • Experience in building and maintaining external and internal customer relationships

  • Printing, packaging, and prepress experience

This position requires strong skills in the following areas:

  • Analyzing / Problem solving / Diagnosing

  • Reviewing / Evaluating / Documenting

  • Learning/Researching

  • MAC OS / Microsoft Office
