Business Analyst

Team Pyramid seeks a detail-oriented, high-performing Business Analyst to support our customer. This role operates within a fast-paced, agile environment. The selected candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, with responsibilities spanning application development support, project management, training, documentation, and quality assurance.

Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise.
• Develops technical solutions to complex problems.
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
• Lead requirements gathering and negotiate specific scope items to ensure delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders.
• Understand and create technical documentation around user processes, problems, and needs.
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions for the identified business requirements.
• Work as a cross-functional team member that can support other functions such as UI/UX and testing activities.
• Create mock-ups and prototypes for proposed solution.
• Ability to communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Financial regulatory decision-based analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to building relationships with users, customers and suppliers.
• Experience with Jira and/or other application lifecycle management tool
• Provide relevant job-related content in support of proposal efforts as required.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
• Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst.
