Overview

As a Technology Service Lead supporting our Corporate Bank Cash Management platforms, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, resiliency, and strategic modernization of our production environment. You will lead engineeringdriven production support, drive automation to reduce manual intervention, and partner closely with global teams to enhance system performance and service quality. This role provides oversight across key Corporate Bank functions-including Pre and PostTrade Settlement, Corporate Actions, Custody, and Fund Services-and helps shape a worldclass production support organization.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain strong technical acumen across systems architecture and engineering to deliver platforms meeting business and application requirements
  • Ensure Adherence to departmental policies and deliver highquality service across the Corporate Bank application infrastructure landscape
  • Readily manage multiple priorities in support of strategic bank initiatives
  • Drive process improvements through automation and standardized tooling
  • Support operational processes including Daily Operations, Change Management, and Problem Management
  • Partner across SRE and engineering communities to contribute to shared solutions and best practices

How You'll Lead

  • Champion a Continuous Service Improvement mindset to drive efficiencies, reduce risk, and enhance system availability
  • Conduct deep technical analysis of production platforms to identify and remediate performance and resiliency issues
  • Serve as an engineering role model, elevating the technical capabilities of Production Support teams globally

Skills You'll Need

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in IT in large corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function
  • Strong SRE mindset with handson experience implementing SRE, DevOps, or agile models
  • Solid understanding of endtoend Level 2 support and production/operations management
  • Global Transaction Banking / Corporate and Investment Banking Experience a plus

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle/MSSQL etc.), including working experience of writing SQL scripts and queries
  • Working experience on UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, PERL, Python, PowerShell scripts, Bash, Ansible
  • Working knowledge of GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven
  • Understanding of secure connectivity and related protocols as well as ITIL framework
  • Scheduling Tools (Control-M/AutoSys)

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.

The salary range for this position in Cary, NC is $125,000 to $185,000Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
