We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join a team that shapes how audiences connect with beloved content across diverse platforms. In this pivotal role, you will empower a team of planners, ensuring precision, strategic alignment, and operational excellence in advertising campaigns that reach millions. Your expertise will directly influence market engagement, optimize inventory, and foster the growth of future talent, playing a crucial part in the continued success of a company renowned for its creativity and reach.

This role is 100% onsite in New York City.

**What You'll Do:**

* Supervise and mentor a team of planners, guiding them on deliverables, media mix, pricing strategies, and supporting rationale for advertising campaigns.

* Approve advertising plans and revisions, including pricing strategy, audience delivery unit strategy, cross-network write-down implementation, and overall operational oversight.

* Collaborate closely with planning staff to ensure the timely completion and full accuracy of sales plans.

* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the plan-building process.

* Partner with analytics teams to ensure optimal inventory availability and fill rates across all platforms.

* Drive the ongoing training and professional development of your team of planners.

* Support overarching sales strategies and educate sales teams on critical business needs and marketplace dynamics.

* Work hand-in-hand with Brand Solutions teams to provide guidance on valuation and sponsorship assessment for the clients managed by your planners.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of planners.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as required.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in linear television advertising.

* Experience working with independent advertising agencies.

* A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
