In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end design execution for various product initiatives, working independently to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight. You will be instrumental in maintaining design continuity across active workstreams, shaping new initiatives, and ensuring that every design meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and quality. Your work will directly contribute to building trust and efficiency within critical user journeys, driving positive outcomes for both users and the business.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead design initiatives from discovery through final delivery and launch support, ensuring a holistic and user-centered approach.

* Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, intuitive, and high-quality design solutions.

* Design across a variety of web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent and optimized user experience.

* Actively leverage and contribute to evolving design systems and pattern libraries, fostering efficiency and consistency.

* Produce high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma).

* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and research partners to align on goals and deliver integrated solutions.

* Champion usability and accessibility, ensuring all designs meet rigorous quality standards.

**Must-Have:**

* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product design, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.

* A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, highlighting your problem-solving skills and design impact.

* Extensive experience with user-centered design methodologies and iterative development processes.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, content, and research.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Familiarity with complex or regulated product domains.

* A degree in design or a related field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $99.55 to $110.61. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
