About the Role:

We are seeking aProduct Managerto shape the next generation of the Digital One Banker application, spanning bothaccount openingandservicingsolutions used by thousands of bankers across the country. In this role, you will drive product strategy, collaborate closely with engineering, UX, Site Reliability Engineering, and work directly with bank clients to understand evolving needs and turn them into industryleading capabilities.

This is a highly crossfunctional and visible position ideal for someone who loves building products, solving real customer problems, and influencing the future of retail banking.

You'lljoin a tightknit, highimpact product team focused on elevating thebankerexperience and modernizing branch technology. We partner deeply with UX, engineering, SRE, product marketing, client engagement, and other product lines across Digital Retail Banking. The team values clarity, accountability, learning, and building products that bankersactually enjoyusing,not technology for technology's sake.

We work collaboratively, iterate quickly, and prioritize solving meaningful customer problems with simplicity and excellence.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmapfor Digital One Banker, ensuring the banker experience is fast, intuitive, and scalable across account opening and servicing workflows.
  • Partner with clientsincluding major regional and national banks-tounderstand their operational needs, regulatory requirements, and branch strategies, translating them into actionable product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers and designersto create experiences that reduce banker effort, streamline workflows, and resolve friction in complex inbranch interactions.
  • Work closely with engineering and SREto ensure features are technicallyfeasible, built for scale, and supported with reliability, performance, and resilience in mind.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, prioritize backlog items, and guide features through agile development cycles.
  • Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to improve workflow efficiency, reduce handle time, and enhance overall banker satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trendsin onboarding, identity, branch technology, and customer/associate experience to inform product strategies and innovation opportunities.
  • Represent the product externally,participatingin client discussions, roadmap reviews, release briefings, and RFP responses.

What You Will Need:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, or other enterprise software environments.
  • Understanding ofretail banking, account opening, KYC/identity, servicing workflows, or similar domains ora strong desireto learn.
  • Ability to break down complex operational processes and convert them into intuitive, elegant digital workflows.
  • Experience working with UX, engineering, and SRE teams in agile environments.
  • Strong communicationand storytelling skills, especially when translating client needs into product direction.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions and measure impact.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $119,560.00 - $200,840.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
