Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Tasking Management Professional providing support to the NC3 Contract, specifically within the NC3 Weapon System Division (NCW). The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with an operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM. The NC3 Directorate supports the Program Executive Office (PEO), Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3, and staff by providing acquisition and administrative control across all NC divisions, branches, and programs. The organization consists of Executive, Engineering (EN), Financial Management (FM), Operations Management (OM), Information Protection (IP), Contracts (PK), Cyber, Logistics (LG), Program Execution Group (PEG), and Intelligence (IN).

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.



Responsibilities

In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, the Senior Tasking Management Professional will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution across the acquisition lifecycle. The role supports mission execution by ensuring timely coordination, tracking, and completion of classified and unclassified taskings.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Provide task management support for all unclassified and classified Division-level workflows

  • Analyze incoming message traffic and route taskings to appropriate action officers using government-provided tasking tracker systems

  • Track and provide status updates on all taskings through completion, coordinating productively with assigned action officers and senior leadership

  • Prepare staffing packages for Division Leadership review

  • Coordinate task completion using approved tasking tracker systems and follow up with assigned leadership

  • Coordinate with the SharePoint Database Manager on staff package tracking and Master Task List SharePoint pages

  • Support development and management of SharePoint sites used for archiving prior taskings and responses

  • Work with Directorate-level Tasking Managers as required

  • Provide additional administrative support as assigned by Branch Staff and Division Leadership



Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; investigation current within 5 years or in Continued Evaluation (CE)

Education: Master's degree in a related discipline, OR

    • 10 years of experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the Task Management Tool (TMT) system

  • Ability to work independently and proactive with minimal oversight

  • Working knowledge of Air Force Acquisition Program Management Office constructs and organizational structure
