We are looking for aPartner Systems & Process Managerto own and evolve Procore'sGTM partner systems and processes, including Salesforce, Salesforce PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, internal CS tools, and related platforms. This role sits at the intersection ofpartner strategy, process design, and technology execution. You will play a critical role inshaping how our partner program operates, translating partner strategy into scalable processes and systems, and influencing the design of our end-to-end partner experience. As a key member of the GTM Technology & Process team, you will partner closely with Sales, Partner Operations, Channel Strategy, Marketing, CS, to driveprocess clarity, system optimization, and net-new partner capabilities. This position reports to the Senior Director, GTM Systems and can be based remotely. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 127,680.00 - 175,560.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
