**About the Role**

In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in establishing and refining creative asset management workflows that support multiple teams and evolve with dynamic business needs. You will leverage your expertise in industry-leading asset management software to create resilient systems, ensuring that valuable content assets are always accessible and managed efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the delivery of high-quality digital experiences, from initial design to final publication, fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Translate design team requirements into practical asset management platform capabilities or inform future feature development.

* Establish logical file and folder taxonomies and configure workflows within asset management software and systems.

* Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to define user stories, prioritize feature requests, and manage bug fixes.

* Ensure seamless integration of the asset management platform with other project management systems.

* Conduct formal user acceptance testing, meticulously reporting and tracking anomalies in production environments.

* Assist with data migration strategies and planning.

* Support the development and implementation of user and group permissions models tailored to team workflows.

* Develop comprehensive documentation, create, and facilitate high-fidelity presentations for onboarding and ongoing training sessions.

**What You'll Bring**

* Extensive experience evaluating and setting up creative workflows using industry-leading asset management software and systems to meet diverse business needs.

* Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and tools, understand various project structures, and manage diverse file formats (static/video) and accompanying metadata.

* Broad knowledge of library tools, systems, and resources within corporate organizations.

* A solid design background with expert knowledge of motion and static assets in creative environments.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

* A strong design-sense and meticulous follow-through across all deliverables.

* Demonstrated ability to foster a high degree of organization and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

* A track record of making complex decisions independently and effectively articulating the rationale behind them.

* Skill in identifying commonalities across various business needs to formulate consolidated and efficient solutions.

* Experience with industry-standard design software packages utilized in UI/UX, media, and creative industries.

* Exceptional project and task-tracking abilities, combining a keen eye for detail with the capacity to grasp the bigger picture.

* Familiarity with various project management methodologies and tools.
