Under supervisor of the Practice Manager, the Practice Support Coordinator primarily oversees and provides leadership and training for all front and back-end duties such as rooming patients, Epic workqueue coaching, and other advanced administrative duties, etc. The Practice Support Coordinator has oversight over his/her junior counterparts. The Practice Support Coordinator serves as a resource for the entire department with the guidance of the Practice Manager, the Practice Support Coordinator initiates and participates in improvement efforts, which directly impact the practice. Creates and maintains staff scheduling, master template building and maintenance, participates in timecard preparation and creates and maintains monthly and ad hoc reports. Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $66,169 - $82,309 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.69 - $39.42 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
