Position Summary

Precision is hiring OPERATORS OF VARYING EXPERIENCE LEVES. Highly skilled thru 2 years of operating experience are welcome. Precision Concrete prides itself growing its employees from within. The sky is the limit of where you can go at our company. Operators are required to operate construction equipment to excavate, backfill, fine grade, level and distribute materials. Applicant will be required to operate a forklift.

Essential Job Functions

• Excavate foundations
• Backfill walls and footings
• Remove spoils
• Fine grade
• Distribute materials
• Hoisting
• Operate and maintain equipment, keep log book.
• Service equipment as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Trenching and excavation certifications, forklift certified, crane certified when applicable to job requirement.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience on heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, skid steers, and forklifts.
• Experience in finish grading
• Experience in excavating for earth formed foundations
• An understanding of construction methods.
