Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions for the company. This hands-on role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, 401-k and HRIS administration. The position also ensures compliance with employment regulations, including Affirmative Action and EEO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Administer performance management programs and support leadership with workforce and career path planning.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS for accurate employee data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and leverage HR technology for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and support EEO reporting and audits.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Analyze HR trends and recommend strategies for improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 to 8 years+ of progressive HR experience with broad generalist/management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment law.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.


Preferred:

  • PHR/SPHR certification.
  • Experience in a federal contractor environment.


Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Quiet office environment with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Regularly required to sit; occasionally stand, walk, climb, or balance.
