The Lead Electrician works closely with the Zone Shop Supervisor to coordinate labor, materials, schedules, inspections, and communication with campus partners. - Prepare and review clear, accurate daily work orders using the AiM maintenance management system.
- Follow up with work requestors to provide updates and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Schedule required electrical code inspections through the Zone Shop Supervisor.

Safely climb and work from different types of ladders to access elevated or below-grade areas (such as roofs, above-ceiling spaces, and utility pits). Be exposed to and work in areas where insects or small animals are occasionally present. All essential tasks must be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
