As a Front Desk Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and drivers, helping to manage access control, issue badges, monitor cameras and alarms, and document activity with clear reports. You will deliver responsive customer service and strong communication while supporting security-related protocols through teamwork, integrity, and an agile, reliable, innovative approach that puts people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies at the front desk.
• Control access to the location by screening visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining visitor, vehicle, and delivery logs.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other front desk systems and report unusual activity to the appropriate contacts per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Communicate with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision regarding security-related concerns, incident documentation, and shift pass-down information.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
