Opportunity Overview: Contract Recruiter 18 months You will work hybrid to our Cranberry Township, PA location. Remote is possible if you live more than 50 miles from the office. You will report to the Recruiting Manager. Your Day-to-Day: You should expect to be responsible for the following: *Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions. *Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties. *Write job descriptions. *Match applicants to job openings. *Source for future job openings. *List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other channels. *View applications. *Call applicants and perform phone screens. *Have applicants come in for formal interviews. *Explain to applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview. *Arrange for travel and lodging. *Facilitate meetings between hiring manager and applicant. *Interview applicants. *Hand out and grade assessments. *Participate in final selection of applicants. *Create portfolio of candidates for hiring managers. *Check references. *Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags. *Initiate drug tests and interpret results. *Inform candidate of company's decision. *Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits. *Inform applicants not chosen of company's decision. *Keep track of all applications filing important notations such as gender, race, and ethnicity. *Talk with civic, social, and other groups to provide information concerning job possibilities. *Travel to colleges to recruit students Who You Are: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent * 3+ years of experience including LinkedIn * Applicant Tracking Experience Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you! The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $36/hour to $40/hour.
