Here's what you'd do:

• Book supplier invoices according to GAAP guidelines and under consideration of legal requirements.
• Order or release payments due when assigned by accountable management.
• Clarify account discrepancies internally, but also with expediters, vendors & suppliers.
• Answer internal customer inquiries as needed to support the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Cooperate with the responsible purchase organization to clarify issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the buying organization and for the vendors as assigned.
• May contact the supplier actively to clarify questions.
• Close the AP subledger on a rotating basis.

• Pay rate: $22.00/Hour.
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week 1^st Shift
• Length: Temp (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable or related experience

• Corporate ERP systems, Oracle
• Strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and enjoy problem-solving.
• Analytic skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and able to pivot tasks based on business needs.
• Good communication skills, oral and written
