Reporting to the CEO, The Vice President of Surgical Services provides executive leadership and operational oversight for all surgical and perioperative services across inpatient hospital settings and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This includes strategic planning, operational excellence, quality outcomes, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and workforce development across multiple care environments. The VP ensures seamless, high-quality surgical care while optimizing efficiency, market competitiveness, patient experience, and surgical program growth throughout the continuum.

Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience, with prior experience in management level position with a major healthcare delivery system or with a healthcare consulting firm.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required, RN with Master's degree in business preferred or Master's degree in business or health related field preferred.
