Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under minimal supervision, provides clerical and administrative support to the Inside Sales Manager. Provides sales support for the sales department. Creates and maintains files for new, current and internal company customers. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED SKILLS: Language: ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to verbally communicate effectively. Mathematical: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to read & interpret order instructions & specifications. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.50 to $29.50 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
