About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Utilities Planner to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ facility. As a Sr. Analyst, Utilities Planner, you will be accountable for coordinating maintenance scheduling, utilities planning, and environmental compliance programs, including TCPA and NJDEP requirements. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant plant operations through effective planning and regulatory oversight.

This role requires you to be onsite in Swedesboro, NJ four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

Compensation



  • Salary Range: $85,000 - 90,000



Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)



  • Administer TCPA compliance program and related preventative maintenance activities.
  • Manage NJDEP air permitting and sewage discharge compliance programs.
  • Plan and schedule utilities maintenance for systems such as boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and wastewater.
  • Maintain accurate CMMS records and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate contractors and resources for utilities work and special projects.
  • Oversee inventory and procurement for utilities and environmental compliance materials.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation for maintenance and regulatory programs.



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, utilities systems, or environmental compliance.
  • Knowledge of TCPA, NJDEP air permitting, and sewage discharge regulations (or willingness to learn).
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance processes.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work onsite at Swedesboro, NJ on a full-time basis.



Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)



  • Associate degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience in an automated food processing facility.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, and HACCP principles.
  • Experience coordinating contractors and managing compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance software.
