About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to support quality engineering initiatives within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll serve as a key quality representative, partnering cross-functionally to ensure products, processes, and systems meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This position offers hands-on involvement in new product development, manufacturing support, and quality system improvements, with opportunities to lead initiatives and mentor technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and champion departmental and cross-functional quality engineering initiatives Provide project direction, coaching, and technical mentoring to engineering teams Proactively identify, investigate, and implement best-in-class quality engineering practices Serve as a technical mentor for identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues Design and implement effective process controls to support product development, validation, and ongoing manufacturing Lead and support CAPA, assurance activities, and process control systems Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues Support the development and execution of streamlined quality and business systems Ensure compliance with all applicable quality system requirements and regulations Quality Engineering Focus Areas May Include Design Assurance Operations Quality Software Quality Engineering Supplier Quality Assurance Product Analysis & Metrology Microbiology or Chemistry (as applicable) Required Qualifications Education & Experience: BS: 5-8 years MS: 3-6 years PhD: 0-3 years 2-5 years of Quality Engineering experience in the medical device industry Strong experience with Process Validation and Equipment Qualification Hands-on manufacturing line support experience Working knowledge of regulated quality systems (FDA, ISO) Why This Opportunity Competitive hourly pay up to $54.50/hour Consistent daytime schedule High-impact role in a regulated medical device environment Opportunity for contract extension Collaborative, quality-driven culture Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance \| 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans \| Employee Assistance Program (EAP) \| Commuter/Parking Accounts \| People Perks \| Health Savings Account (HSA) \| AD & D Insurance Take the next step by clicking "Apply Now" to submit your application!
