Be the Best Learning Management System Administrator You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Minimum 2 years system administration experience with an LMS
  • BS/BA preferred
  • Experience with formal or informal project management and ability to see project from initiation to execution
  • Knowledgeable in E-learning Software (Articulate, Captivate or equivalent)

Responsibilities:

As a Learning Management System Administrator you will:

  • Manage user accounts, roles and permissions within the LMS
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolutions
  • Upload and maintain e-learning courses, videos and assessments, ensuring course content is compliant with SCORM/XAPi and functions properly
  • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQS, and training materials
  • Report generation and analysis for user engagement, course completion and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR, Compliance and other departments to align learning initiatives.
