JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring a mental health therapist to provide therapeutic services to youth and families participating in agency programs as well as referrals from a variety of sources (i.e. physicians, courts, schools, social service agencies, etc.). These services will be delivered in individual, family and/or group situations.

We hire fully licensed therapists, as well as those with in training license, working to gather the hours necessary for full licensure. We provide the supervision necessary for licensure and give our licensed therapists additional group supervision time for collaboration and support. Our part-time therapists are paid hourly for all hours worked, including for supervision and other company meetings. Come join our team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST:

• Interview and evaluate children and families to complete the intake process.
• Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
• Formulate, implement, evaluate, and review client treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy in accordance with treatment plans.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in addressing family system, mental health, parenting, and alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, or group counseling.
• Provide thorough and accurate updates on clients and make appropriate recommendations in regular and special staffings.
• Coordinate services and maintain communication with all service providers involved with the clients.

LOCATION: This position will include office sessions in our Waukesha clinic and/or in-home sessions throughout Waukesha County with flexibility to work remote when in-person visits are not scheduled.

SCHEDULE: The schedule for our Mental Health Therapist positions is part-time and quite flexible. Hours will vary during our clinic hours from 8:00am-5:00pm and will include some evenings to accommodate client/family schedules, such as work and school schedules.

SALARY: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour for therapist with in-training license

$26.00 to $30.00 per hour for fully licensed therapist, depending on experience and licensure.

• All applicants must possess a Master's Degree and licensure to provide therapy in the State of Wisconsin, such as a Wisconsin LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW or be eligible to obtain one.
• Pre-licensed therapists are welcome to apply, and supervision is provided as part of the work environment.
