Job Description:

Pluralsight is hiring a Senior Compensation Partner with expertise in both Base Compensation and Incentive Compensation. This position requires a blend of skills including compensation consulting, creative problem-solving, analytical expertise, and strong project leadership. The focus is on designing and delivering global total rewards programs that effectively align with strategic business objectives and successfully attract and retain top talent through expert program management and enablement. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards, this role requires a strategic thinker to partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to evolve and enable our total rewards programs and philosophies. Responsibilities include designing and communicating rewards programs, conducting detailed data analysis, and scaling our programs globally to drive a high-performance culture.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design, implementation and enablement of compensation programs and strategies aligned to business objectives and market competitiveness.

  • Provide advice and creative solutions to complex compensation issues.

  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, Finance, TA and leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and transfers

  • Build strong partnerships across the business to influence compensation related decisions in alignment with total rewards strategy.

  • Develop and communicate global compensation programs that align with business strategy and goals

  • Manage the annual compensation planning cycle including merit, promotion and structure based market adjustment recommendations. Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on budget and performance based awards.

  • Oversee job architecture including job evaluation, leveling and structure / grade assignments. Ensure data is accurate in Workday.

  • Manage and analyze compensation data and tools to maintain accuracy and integrity across various platforms. Conduct regular audits and improve systems to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage survey participation and external vendor relationships, and partner with HRIS/Analytics on managing compensation dashboards for market pay.

  • Perform market analysis and develop and manage pay structures to attract and retain talent globally

  • Develop incentive programs that drive high performance and reward on a pay-for-performance philosophy, including short term, recognition and annual incentive programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate total rewards programs for market competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws

  • Lead global compensation programs and compliance, including pay equity and pay gap requirements.

  • Lead or contribute to special projects related to compensation and total rewards strategy

Experience you'll bring:

  • Experience in a fast paced people team environment, with at least 8 years of experience specifically in a progressive compensation role.

  • Scaled rewards strategies through stages of the business in high-growth mode

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners and collaborate across multiple functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to model and interpret complex data to develop strategic insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience rolling out large compensation programs.

  • Strong proficiency and knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Google sheets and compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS Systems (Workday preferred).

  • Experience working in and across global teams and with global compliance.

  • Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a knack for follow through.

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.

  • Clear, concise, and organized in your written and verbal communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and program management

  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $110,200 - $145,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
