This seasonal role has an anticipated duration of February 2026 - August 2026. Reporting location is 1200 N Logan Street, Lincoln, IL.

Local travel only - no overnights required.


What You'll Do:

  • Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately.
  • Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
  • Obtain receipts and signatures as required.
  • Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
  • Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck.
  • Follow freight handling specifications.
  • Actively follow safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution.
  • Operate vehicle in a manner that demonstrates that safety is a priority.
  • Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training programs to remain current on safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and assignments to meet operational needs of the business.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Meet minimum age requirement, as permitted by law.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Hazmat and tanker endorsement required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical requirements.
  • Skilled in documenting mileage and service hours in accordance with DOT log regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conducting vehicle inspections.
  • An engaged safety-first mindset, committing to safe work practices through Key Daily Actions.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 75lbs, frequently stoop and bend at the knees as well as remaining seated for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours to meet business demands.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly rate range for this role, in Atlanta, IL, is between $23.00 - $24.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
