This role is open to candidates located in Richmond, Indiana and surrounding areas, as well as those seeking a remote work arrangement.

Job Summary:

Belden is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). You will lead integration initiatives connecting SAP and non-SAP systems across cloud and hybrid environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support Belden's digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain SAP CPI integrations connecting SAP applications with cloud, on-premise, and third-party systems.
• Lead integration initiatives from design through delivery, ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including SuccessFactors interfaces and application programming interface errors.
• Define and maintain integration architecture standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements to stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into effective integration solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP integration roles, including hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Working knowledge of data transformation, scripting, and application programming interfaces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400 to $140,000.00, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
