Position Overview

This role can based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible) or open to remote.

As the Vice President, People Experience (Business Partners), you will lead the North America Business Partner function within the People & Culture organization. In this role, you will serve as the senior advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing the HR Business Partner team responsible for driving talent, performance, culture, and organizational health across the region.

This role is intentionally focused on HR Business Partnering, with concentrated responsibility for leader enablement, organizational effectiveness, and coordinated People & Culture service delivery. You will ensure leaders experience People & Culture as a cohesive, action oriented, data informed function by integrating work across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, People Operations, and other Centers of Excellence.

You will report directly to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture and operate as a core member of the North America People Experience leadership team.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Executive Business Partnership & Strategic Advisory

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business strategy into integrated people plans.

    • Anticipate organizational needs through proactive planning, data insights, and strong business acumen.

    • Provide executive level guidance on organizational design, leader transitions, cultural evolution, scaling, and performance.

  • Leadership of the Business Partner Function

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing HRBP team supporting multiple business units across North America.

    • Establish clear roles, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and decision making frameworks within the HRBP model.

    • Ensure HRBPs deliver consistent, high quality support aligned with People & Culture's philosophy and leadership standards.

  • Primary Point of Accountability for People & Culture Delivery

    • Act as the primary owner of how People & Culture shows up for the executives and functions your team supports.

    • Partner closely with Centers of Excellence to coordinate and sequence efforts across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L\&D, and People Operations.

    • Ensure leaders experience People & Culture as an integrated, strategic, and responsive function.

  • Performance, Engagement & Leadership Enablement

    • Drive adoption and execution of performance management processes, talent reviews, and calibration practices.

    • Translate engagement results into meaningful, leader owned action plans.

    • Partner with Learning & Development to deliver leader enablement, coaching, and team effectiveness programming.

  • Data Driven Insights, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

    • Own People & Culture KPIs directly tied to HRBP impact, including retention, regretted attrition, early tenure attrition, engagement trends, leadership effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

    • Use data insights to identify risks, inform prioritization, and continuously refine the HRBP operating model.

  • Additional Duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, with deep expertise in HR Business Partnering.

    • Proven success leading HRBP teams in complex, high growth environments.

    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.

    • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable people outcomes.

    • Experience operating within a center of excellence HR model.

    • Data driven, practical, and outcomes-oriented approach to leadership.

  • Leadership Attributes:

    • Clear, candid communicator with strong judgment

    • Highly collaborative, while holding self and others accountable

    • Travel required is expected to be up to 25% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details:

  • Salary Range: $240,000 - $260,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
