Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance across multiple aspects of production. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accurately code and process invoices in compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, cost projections, and financial tracking.
  • Monitor and report on inventory, energy usage, and other key resources.
  • Oversee permitting processes and ensure timely agency reporting.
  • Track and analyze production costs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate scheduling and time entry for production activities.
  • Deliver training and support to team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications; experience with Heavy Job, JDE, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in group settings and communicate effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Construction management education or experience is strongly preferred.
