More than 135 years ago, we started with core values that never go out of style: listen, learn and help businesses and individuals reach their goals. These core values shape our culture, and we were recently Great Place to Work Certified because of our outstanding workplace culture and employee experience. As well, our financial strength and stability are key reasons Forbes named us one of the Best 100 Banks in America for the ninth consecutive year.
With more than $16 billion in assets and 135 branch locations throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California, we understand our role in the economy and take that responsibility seriously. In addition to offering a source of capital to personal banking clients and businesses of all sizes, we place a high importance on employee volunteerism and donate millions of dollars each year to community organizations.
As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist, you'll play a key role in preparing highquality loan documents that support our clients and uphold our commitment to doing the right thing. Your work helps ensure a smooth lending experience and strengthens the relationships we build across the bank.

  • Ensure all documents align with credit approvals, bank policies, and regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily documentation activities through the Loan Origination System and the Doc Prep pipeline in SharePoint to meet established service-level standards.
  • Serve as an escalation point for team members and help resolve documentation-related issues with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, loan specialists, middleoffice reviewers, and branch staff to gather information needed to complete documentation.
  • Assist in training team members on loan documentation processes and the systems, software, and templates used by the department.
  • Participate in required compliance training and maintain adherence to all policies, procedures, security standards, and applicable regulations.
What we're looking for
  • You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • You have entrylevel experience with loan documents, preferably including complex documentation (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
What helps you shine

  • You are detailoriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • You thrive in changing environments and enjoy collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • You can interpret instructions in various forms-written, verbal, or diagram-and solve problems using practical, common-sense approaches.
