This role will provide technical expertise on SAP ECC to meet global business objectives and translate business and end user requirements in the area of master data. Provide guidance in adhering to standard process and tool functionality. Responsibilities also include supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring timely and accurate master data setup, managing mass data changes, and maintaining and applying business data governance rules. Additionally, will support strategic initiatives by overseeing data setup and management to align with organizational goals and ensure data integrity across projects and business functions.

Essential Duties



  • Provide technical support and solutions for SAP Global Master Data Management, including data maintenance, validation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Evaluate new business requirements and escalated issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users to identify and implement improvements in master data management processes, developing job aids and procedures to enhance SAP usability.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects and production support initiatives, communicating project status and resolving roadblocks as needed.
  • Develop, update, and maintain technical and end-user documentation, including test plans and support materials.
  • Coordinate and implement testing of business and functional processes during system development.
  • Create and execute WINSHUTTLE scripts for project load files or mass data loads.
  • Ensure all Global Master Data is set up accurately and completely in accordance with established procedures.
  • Share responsibility with team members for 24-hour on-call problem resolution (if required). Global Master Data.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered, advanced degree preferred.

Experience



  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP master data management or equivalent role with a focus on supply chain or manufacturing operations.
  • Minimum 1 year SAP full lifecycle implementation experience in a team environment.



Skills



  • Must possess analytical skills to evaluate new business requirements, issues and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Advanced user of SAP transactions in supply chain planning, procurement, production, operations, or equivalent functions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or inconclusive information.Demonstrates conceptual reasoning skills and discretionary judgment and an understanding of business area policies and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business analysts to understand business issues and provide solutions with the ability to articulate business process approaches.
  • Highly accountable and works well with the team to seek innovative solutions and can identify, design and configure the system to meet the company's objectives.
  • Work closely with business functions to facilitate effective solutions.
  • Lead SAP system implementations and ensure thorough knowledge transfer of system functionality to Super Users, Subject Matter Experts, and end users.
  • Solid project management, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and creating complex spreadsheets.
  • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow and/or Windchill platforms for enterprise data management, process optimization, and issue resolution, supporting cross-functional teams in streamlining workflows and enhancing system. usability

Target Pay Range:$76,000.00to$95,000.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:7.0%
