As a Security Officer - Flex Dealership Patrol in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy automotive location, you will monitor grounds and facilities, conduct routine foot patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, communicate clearly, and document observations while supporting a professional workplace experience. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients at an automotive location by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, delivery lanes, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Control access at vehicle and pedestrian entry points by checking credentials, verifying appointments, and directing visitors, vendors, and drivers according to site procedures.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems, reporting irregular activity and coordinating responses per post orders.
  • Complete patrol and incident reports, shift logs, and other documentation in a timely manner using required paper and/or electronic systems.
  • Provide traffic and parking direction during peak times, special events, and vehicle movements to support orderly site operations.
  • Perform routine checks of gates, doors, lighting, and other assigned areas to identify maintenance issues and/or hazards, then report findings through appropriate channels.
  • Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing directions and addressing questions while following site rules and Allied Universal standards.
  • Support emergency and incident response by communicating clear information to site stakeholders, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
