Reporting to Equinix's President of the Americas, the Vice President of Corporate Development will oversee Equinix's AMER Corporate Development Team and is responsible for all deal activities related to regional strategy, mergers and acquisitions, real estate location strategy and strategic investments. This executive will partner cross-functionally, working with functional leaders, to ensure timely execution of our M&A, real estate investments and capital planning projects. The VP Corporate Development & Strategy will drive revenue and AFFO growth for the Americas region through: Mergers & acquisitions, establishing and leading strategy and deal execution for the region; Managing the regional capex budget, establishing metro-strategy and optimizing data center development plans within them; and driving the Americas strategic planning process and related execution of projects that support realizing regional OKRs. The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 272,000 - 408,000 USD / Annual United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 272,000 - 408,000 USD / Annual United States - Ashburn Office AEO : 272,000 - 408,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
