Heat Treater - 2nd Shift

We are currently looking for a Heat Treat professional to join our 2nd shift operation.

As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards, with a focus on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters at SPIROL are also responsible for assigned periodic maintenance tasks, and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.

Our requirements for the role include:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
