Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $127,650.00/Yr. - USD $212,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Leading a complex, geographically dispersed defense project consisting of cross-functional teams and subcontractors
  • Managing cost, schedule, and performance with a focus on success of strategic outcomes such as fielding new capabilities to the warfighter, maintaining operational readiness of existing capabilities, and expansion of contracted efforts
  • Engaging stakeholders daily, having a deep understanding of acquisition and systems engineering processes within the DoD, and enforcing compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements
  • Managing the acquisition and employment of program/project resources
  • Development and implementation of program/project plans, procedures and schedules
  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting financial and other administrative aspects related to contract requirements

Requirements

  • Active, DoD-issued Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in any discipline with a minimum 10 years of management/supervisory work experience within the DoD

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum 14 years of management/supervisory work experience within the DoD
  • At least 6 years of experience supporting activities related to DoD Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems, this experience may be concurrent with total years of experience
  • Overall lead, manager, and administrator for DoD contracted efforts
  • Experience directing the efforts of multi-functional, geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience working directly with Government program authorities to identify and resolve technical and program/project issues
  • Monitoring and reporting progress, program status, and milestones


Desired Skills

  • Active Project Management Professional certification
  • Management experience working within the oLSI model at NAWCAD WOLF
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractor teammates


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL



Travel Requirements

  • 7-10 business days per calendar year
