Printpack Jackson - an industry leader in flexible packaging - is looking for a qualified candidate to fill our Blown Operator position. The ideal candidate will possess initiative, communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues. The Blown Film Operator is a skilled manufacturing professional responsible for operating and managing Blown Line equipment to ensure efficient production, quality standards, and timely delivery of customer orders. This role combines technical expertise with leadership qualities to maintain optimal production conditions while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor. This is a 12-hour night shift (7pm - 7am) on a 2/2/3 schedule. Pay starts at $23.58/hr + a $2.50/hr shift differentialfor night shift!
