Senior Director, Global IT Audit & Customer Assurance

The Senior Director, Global IT Audit & Customer Assurance is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing the global IT audit vision, evaluating technology and cyber risk, and managing the IT SOX testing program.

Additionally, this Leader will be responsible to lead and enhance the organization's Customer Assurance program streamlining how customers receive accurate, and timely information regarding the company's security, privacy, resiliency and IT controls.

The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Audit Committee, global business units, and key customers-strengthening control environments and reinforcing customer confidence in the company's technology, data protection, and service delivery capabilities.
