Moss is the #1 Solar EPC and is currently seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to support our Civil team in ROBARDS, KENTUCKY.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate bulldozers to clear, level, and prepare land for solar panel installation.

• Cut, fill, and grade terrain to precise elevations using manual guidance.

• Perform daily pre-operation checks and basic maintenance of equipment.

• Work closely with site supervisors and other equipment operators to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

• Follow all site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety.

• Identify and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

• Maintain accurate logs of work performed and equipment usage.

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience operating bulldozers on construction projects

• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather

• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standards

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the project site

• Ability to convey a positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core values

• To ensure a safe work environment, a pre-employment drug screening is required
