Your role

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead data-driven initiatives and provide strategic insights for our clients.
  • Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Solve complex problems and work collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Analyze data to optimize various areas of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial reimbursement
  • Consult with clients on strategic and operational decisions
  • Assist clients with financial analysis related to changes in third-party payor reimbursement regulations and new models of care

The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (data modeling, data validation, and query optimization)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with relational databases and data integration.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (preferably Power BI)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Analytics.
  • Understanding of basic revenue cycle and patient accounting is preferred
  • Strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with the ability to identify variances and identify opportunities to improve processes & procedures
  • Proficient technical skills, including those required to be proficient with financial accounting and reporting systems and MS Office
  • Ability to exercise extreme confidentiality and effectively communicate with client personnel
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review thposition description for theapplicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00
