Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Specialist to own the full lifecycle of our property portfolio. The position sits at the intersection of facilities, finance, and internal teams, ensuring every asset is acquired, maintained, and monetized efficiently. General Job Duties and Responsibilities: Portfolio Management - Maintain a master inventory of all owned and leased spaces, track lease expirations, renewal options, and compliance obligations. NewProperty SetUps - Lead the internal process to setup new properties that would include coordination with vendors and utilizes as well as internal coordination with operations and IT teams. Utilities & Vendor Oversight - Solicit and manage contracts/accounts for electricity, water, waste, and specialty services; verify invoices and resolve service issues promptly. Property Repairs - Serve as the single point of contact for all repair requests. Work with vendors to repair items in a timely fashion while communicating with internal teams. Financial Tracking - Maintain a system to track the overall financial health of each property. Lease Administration - Manage the lease database/folder for each property and ensure that we are meeting all lease obligations and are aware of all lease renewal options. Physical and Mental Requirements: Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional, and lead others to create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s). Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners. Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentation(s). Regular attendance is mandatory Min USD $55,000.00/Yr. Max USD $65,000.00/Yr. Regular attendance is mandatory Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 13years' experience in realestate, lease administration, or facilities management. Strong grasp of lease terms, realestate law, and budgeting. Proficiency with propertymanagement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field. Certifications such as CPM, RPA, or equivalent. Experience with multi-site vendor negotiations and financial modeling. Key Skills: Negotiation, datadriven decisionmaking, vendor relationship management, attention to detail, and clear communication.
