The Opportunity:

Lead the Multi V (VRF) business by integrating Project/Product Management, SCM, and Strategic Planning. This role is the critical link synchronizing global operations between the U.S. and Korea to drive operational excellence and profitability.

Core Responsibilities:



  • Project Leadership: Own the full VRF project lifecycle (planning to delivery), ensuring timelines and budgets are met while mitigating risks across U.S. and Korea teams.
  • Product Strategy: Manage the Multi V roadmap, from new product launches to EOL. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing for maximum profit.
  • SCM & Logistics: Monitor the end-to-end logistics flow and collaborate with demand planners to optimize inventory and mitigate lead-time risks.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute sales/marketing initiatives and analyze vertical market trends to forecast demand and drive revenue growth.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience is required
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and business analysis.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Recruiting Range
$72,000 - $82,000 USD
